Delete a range from the database and proxmox host

/range

Deletes a range from the database and the proxmox host. The range
must have no VMs unless the force parameter is set to true.

Use rangeID to specify which range to delete. If rangeID is not provided,
the user's default range will be used. Use userID to delete a different
user's range (admins only).
